Man accused in Tim Bosma killing has court appearance
Dellen Millard, one of the men charged with killing Tim Bosma, will appear in court on September 12 for a judicial pretrial.
Millard briefly appeared in a Hamilton court Thursday morning.
Millard, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tim Bosma, did not speak during his court appearance, and stood silently with his hands folded in front of him and briefly looked around the courtroom.
Bosma, 32, was selling his pickup truck on the internet and was last seen taking two strangers on a test drive in May.
His badly burned remains were found about a week later on a farm in Waterloo.
Mark Smich, who is also charged with first-degree murder in connection with the case, will appear in Hamilton court Thursday afternoon.
