A chip names too girly?
Are potato chips for women? The folks at Ruffles might just think so as they have invented some new “manly” flavours that are of course geared towards the guys. Now I think we can allllll agree that chips are tasty and we likely like them more than we should. There seems to be a flavour for everyone and you can match them with dips for even more tasty goodness. That we can agree on, but flavour names like plain, bbq, dill pickle, sour cream and onion etc, are aimed more towards women and are too girly? As I started off the top the folks at Ruffles seem to think so and have invented two new flavours and they are for the guys and said to be “manly”. They will fall under a new line of chips called “Ruffles Ultimate Potato Chips and have deeper ridges and manlier names like “Kickin’ Jalapeno Ranch” and “Sweet and Smokin’ BBQ”. Those are the flavours. Do they sound manly? Thoughts?
